About Us

Carolyn Norgate
Carolyn Norgate studied in the UK and established a busy and successful practice in Devon where she also ran a multi-disciplinary centre for natural therapies.

Invited to Ireland in 1998 to teach at the prestigious Institute of Physical Therapy in Dublin, she then returned to private practice in Donegal.

Also qualified in Polarity Therapy and with a background in mindfulness meditation, T'ai Chi Chuan and relaxation techniques, she draws on and incorporates elements of these disciplines in her practice.

With a previous career in teaching she also values the educational aspects of her work, encouraging patients towards an understanding of the healing process and ways in which they can maintain better health.

Following a lifetime interest in singing Carolyn has worked with a number of voice teachers, notably Frankie Armstrong with whom she trained as a Natural Voice Practitioner, working with the breath and the body to find true expression through the voice.

She is particularly interested in the ways breathing and posture affect health and well-being.
